NU IMAGE TO SHOWCASE THE LEGEND OF HERCULES IN ULTRA-D GLASSES-FREE 3D AT AFM
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 28, 2013) – Stream TV Networks, Inc.™ is pleased to announce its cooperation with film distributor Nu Image at the American Film Market in Santa Monica next month. The Hollywood-based distribution company – known for action films like The Expendables, Olympus Has Fallen and Rambo – will be using Stream TV’s advanced glasses-free 3D technology to present its new film The Legend of Hercules to worldwide film buyers.
“Nu Image has been supportive of our development activities from the very beginning,” said Bud Robertson, VP of Business Development for Stream TV. “For our exhibitions at the annual Consumer Electronics Show, they have provided us with footage from their 3D catalogue. It’s exciting that our technology has evolved to the point where they appreciate the value of integrating it into their own sales efforts.”
The Legend of Hercules was shot in native 3D on location in Europe and was directed by veteran helmer Renny Harlin (Die Hard 2, Cliffhanger, The Long Kiss Goodnight ). The story behind one of the greatest myths is revealed in the action-packed epic – a tale of love, sacrifice and the strength of the human spirit.
The Ultra-D presentation can be seen by attendees at the American Film Market from November 6-13, 2013 in Nu Image’s sales suite, located at the Loew’s Hotel, Suite 537, 1700 Ocean Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
